And now something about the events we run.

We do rolling starts.

We line up by your best lap in Practice/Qualifying (all laps are timed).

All karts run at the same time but are scored separately.

We have eight classes. Fastest first.

The Classes

SUPER

250 cc twins and singles, 450 cc four strokes and other “exotic” karts.

SHIFTER

125 cc adult modified gearbox karts.

SHIFTER 2

Same rules as Shifter

Driver weight is greater than 200 pounds.

SPEC 1

Four Cycle Duals, Stock Honda Shifters (or equivalent), New generation, higher HP TAG engines.

Other adult karts may be included depending on performance.

SPEC 2

All adult electric start, one speed karts, 26 to 30 hp.

Other adult karts may be included depending on performance.

CHALLENGE

These classes consists mainly of slower performance karts in three weight divisions.

CHALLENGE LIGHT

Driver weight less than 160 pounds.

CHALLENGE MEDIUM

Driver weight less than 160 to 190 pounds.

CHALLENGE HEAVY

Driver weight more than 190 pounds.
